We have always felt that one of the best tools we have at our disposal to maintain the highest quality work is to perform as much work “in house” as possible. With the exception of a few licensed trades and specialized work, our team has the experience and ability to carry out all phases of construction. Operating under the same umbrella as our partner division Wardell Paint & Co., both teams work together to provide a uniquely seamless experience without any sacrifice. When workers are on a project from beginning to end, it forces you to think a few steps ahead and build your best at each stage of the process. We’ve always been growth-focused. Both on an individual level in terms of our own personal abilities but also as a team. We grow not just to scale but to improve our overall services offered.
As someone who is passionate about the Trades, Chris is honored to work with a team of amazing people who do their part in representing the residential/commercial construction market in our community. He really enjoys the people part of the business, whether it be working directly with clients, our team or peers in our sector. Chris’s main role at Wardell & Harper is focusing on sales and growth development.
Through his passion for trades-related education, he started an annual “Trades Fair” to be held at High Schools in the greater Concord area to highlight local businesses and construction related career paths.
Chris lives in Warner with his wife Kate and three daughters.
Dave began his career as a carpenter and woodworker, which eventually led to owning and operating a cabinet shop and then joining Wardell & Harper. In his current position, he brings a strong sense of leadership and excellence to project management, estimating and ensuring uncompromising craftsmanship.
Dave’s role beings with the first client meeting extends through completion as he oversees the design, planning and execution of all our projects.
Dave is passionate about the craft and seeks to develop strategies for improving our role and reputation in the industry.
Dave lives with his wife Lisa and three kids in Pittsfield and is an active member of their community.
Jed was born and raised in New Hampshire. He loves doing anything and everything outside, fishing, gardening etc. He received his associate horticulture degree from UNH.
After joining Wardell & Harper, his abilities as a carpenter quickly flourished and he excels at all aspects of his work including managing the day to do on a jobsite.
Jed lives with his wife Liz in Concord.
Jeremy is a New England native. He has been a carpenter for more than two decades and has experience in all parts of construction and renovation.
Jeremy enjoys mentoring new carpenters and being part of our growing team.
Jeremy lives in Pittsfield with his wife and 7 children.
Derek is a passionate carpenter and really enjoys his work and learning new skills. He comes from a commercial construction background and is enjoying the transition to residential work and refining his finish skills. Derek really enjoys working with our team and learning from the other members of our team.
Derek enjoys playing sports, building computers and spending time with friends.
Mark has over 35 years worth of construction experience in both residential and commercial applications. Mark enjoys the challenge of renovating old properties and the teamwork involved in our projects. Mark resides in Pittsfield with his wife and four children.
